How to average out multiple velocity time curves?

I'm doing a piece of work studying the motion of pendulums, and I've used a data logger to record the velocity at each swing to produce a number of velocity-time graphs. What I'd like to do is produce an average velocity time curve from these, but I'm not sure about how to do so practically. Does anyone know any technique, piece of software, anything, which is able to do this?
