I had paint shop pro x when i was 11. 4 years later...my computer burnt out..[cont.]?

my tower burnt out and lost EVERYTHING on my PC. luckily, i have a laptop. i have the case, cd, code and stuff in a box for PSP still from 4 years ago. can i still "re"-use it again?
