Wedding after 10 years of marriage?

my husband and i will be married 10 years next year and when we got married i was young and just had a baby and we went to the court house and got married. Now we are thinking of a renewal of wedding vowels in a church is it appropriate to have a full on wedding flower girls brides maid the hole 10 yards after we have been married this long?
