I bought a microscope to test husband's semen, I need a little help with results.?

My husband went to urologist and was told no sperm was alive and very low. I bought this microscope just to check myself, I didn't expect to see any movement. I do see something moving in semen but it's very small, It doesn't look like what I seen on the internet but there is definitelysome movement. The movement is not in a strait line, kinda of a wiggling motion and they are very small even when I go with a 400X. My question is and I know it sounds stupid but could there be anything very small moving in his semen that's not sperm?
