Does this letter mean I have a good chance of getting into Columbia University?

I am currently a sopre, and I took the PSATs earlier this year and got advanced proficiency on both sections. I also filled out this form that my school gave us that would give colleges permission to look at our records and PSAT scores and such and they will send us letters if they say anything they like. I have gotten tons so far, and today I got one from Columbia University. It is just like all the other letters, from the office of undergraduate admissions. It starts off by saying that they've learned about some of my achievements and my records indicate I may be competitive for admission to their university. I got really excited, naturally. So what I am asking now is this, does this letter mean I have a good shot at getting in? I mean, if I maintain or do better as far as my grades go? my GPA has never been lower than 4.15 so far and I've always been ranked in the top 3. Thanks for your responses. =]
