How to surprise my husband with packers/bears tickets?

It's almost impossible to get packers tickets in greenbay unless you know someone. I got my hands on a set of packers/bears tickets and want to surprise him with them. (I will not be going so I can't surprise him the day off..and I can't hold out until January) His birthday is next week. We are going over to his parents for dinner and I want to find a cute way to surprise him with them then. ANd maybe make myself look like superwife :)
